Founder at Systima Health, a Health & Nutrition eco-system providing support for individuals and forward-thinking companies who value health and wish to take it to the next level. My vision is to bring knowledge of health, weight management, fitness, and overall health to a wide audience through simple, personalized solutions to people wishing to take better control of their health. The Systima Health approach is heavily focused on helping clients shaping and sustaining healthy habits and behaviours. Through our rounded understanding of nutrition, exercise, sleep, behaviour science, backed by a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical space, we take a ‘systems’ based approach to support you on your health journey.

Having known far too many people who struggle with low energy, stress-related eating, low fitness, and confusion around preventable health issues; and having known colleagues and employers struggling with productivity, burnout, and chronic conditions, I know this is an area where more support is needed. We also know that the healthcare system is struggling to support current medical needs of an ageing population, a population battling stress, overweight and disease. We also believe in the power of preventing or delaying disease and our approach is focused on that. Ultimately, this means that the need for more education, more support, more smart goal health setting and more appropriate use of the available tools to achieve those goals is higher than ever before.

I keep up with the latest science (staying up to speed with scientific publications, what experts say, closely following developments at the biggest medical conferences), knowing how to distinguish fads from solid evidence.
